Conditions of Cancellation:
In the case of private booking the cancellation is free if made earlier than 14 days preceding the date of arrival; when made within 14 days, the deposit shall be 20%; while in the case the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the date of arrival, the deposit shall be the room price for 1 day. If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival after 12:00 a.m., the deposit shall be the whole price of the service and the same shall apply to cancellations not made.
